Take 2 capsules with water, once daily for 2 days.

Thiamine hydrochloride, equiv. to 2.08mg Vitamin B1;
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2mg;

Folic acid (Vit B9) 50mcg;
Ascorbic acid (Vit C) 10mg;
d-alpha Tocopherol acetate, equiv to 1.88mg Vitamin E;
Ferrous fumarate, equiv to 650mcg Iron;
Magnesium citrate, equiv. to 3.1mg Magnesium;
Zinc sulfate, equiv. to 25mg Zinc;
Creatine monohydrate 50mg;
Taurine 5.74mg;
Isoleucine 1mg;
Cysteine hydrochloride equiv. to 5.387mg cysteine

While almost all of the ingredients are suitable for long term use, Zinc is not. Long term use of any product containing Zinc is not advised without consulting a healthcare professional. MouthUlcer is designed to be taken at the first sign of mouth ulcers rather than as a preventative, so long term use over consecutive days should not be required.

The capsules can definitely be opened but the ingredients don't actually taste very nice so we would suggest you mix it in a little bit of something more palatable like manuka honey, which also has wound healing properties or in a non-acidic fruit juice like pear juice.

Yes, however, MouthUlcer capsules, used as directed, are very effective on their own, so there is no need to use a gel as well.

There is no reason why MouthUlcer can't be used effectively to treat any mild mouth ulcer, regardless of the cause, and we've had many customers report positive results under all of these conditions.

No chemicals or harsh solvents are used in making this product.

While our label states for use from 12 years and up, MouthUlcer is basically a dietary supplement and for short term use may be suitable for children at a half dose. We advise you only do this under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
