Terms and Conditions - BioRevive CleanEars Australian Deaf Games Competition
Eligibility:
1.1 The BioRevive CleanEars Australian Deaf Games Competition ("Competition") is open to all individuals who visit the BioRevive CleanEars stand at the Australian Deaf Games Expo from 13th to 15th January 2024 and complete an official entry form.
Entry Requirements:
2.1 Entrants must provide their full name and a valid email address on the entry form.
2.2 Entrants must opt in to receive marketing communications from Substance Pty Ltd.
2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize:
3.1 The prize for the Competition is 1 x Fujifilm Instax Mini 9 camera with a retail value of approx. $119AUD RRP.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
Competition Period:
4.1 The Competition commences on 13th January 2024 and closes on 15th January 2024.
4.2 Entries received outside the Competition period will not be considered.
Prize Draw:
5.1 The prize draw will take place on Thursday, 25th January 2024.
5.2 Winners will be selected based on the skill demonstrated in completing the entry form.
5.3 The draw will be conducted fairly, and the decision of the judges is final.
Winner Notification:
6.1 Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the prize draw.
6.2 If a winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
Marketing Communications:
7.1 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Substance Pty Ltd.
7.2 Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails.
Data Protection:
8.1 All personal information provided by entrants will be handled in accordance with Substance Pty Ltd's privacy policy.
8.2 Entrants' information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Publicity:
9.1 Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Competition.
9.2 Substance Pty Ltd reserves the right to use the names and likenesses of winners for promotional purposes.
General:
10.1 Substance Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Competition at any time.
10.2 The Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
By entering the BioRevive CleanEars Australian Deaf Games Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
