FAQs

EyeRevive

The EyeRevive Heated Eye Mask delivers gentle, warming relief to help soothe dry, tired and irritated eyes. The warm compress helps unblock the oil glands in your eyelids, supporting the eye’s natural moisture barrier and reducing tear evaporation — a common cause of dry eye discomfort.

The EyeRevive mask activates when opened, gently warming up through a natural reaction with the air. It heats to a comfortable 40–45°C and stays warm for up to 30 minutes — delivering soothing, moist heat to support dry eye relief and relaxation.

Use it whenever your eyes feel dry, tired, strained or irritated — especially after screen time, travel, or during allergy season. It’s also great as part of a relaxing self-care routine.

Wear the mask for 15-20 minutes per session to help relieve symptoms. Each mask stays warm for up to 30 minutes.

Yes, the mask can be used alongside other dry eye treatments. If you’re unsure about timing or usage, check with your eye care professional.

TearsAgain

BioRevive Tears Again is a liposomal spray that helps relieve symptoms of dry, irritated eyes. It’s applied to closed eyelids and works by restoring the natural tear film and reducing moisture loss.

The spray contains liposomes and vitamin A, which help stabilise the lipid layer of the tear film, reducing evaporation and improving eye comfort. When sprayed onto closed eyelids, the active ingredients migrate to the eye surface through the skin and lashes.

Use Tears Again if you experience dry, tired, or irritated eyes — especially after screen time, air travel, contact lens wear, or exposure to air-conditioning or windy environments.

Hold the bottle approx. 10 cm from your face and spray 1-2 times on each closed eyelid. Use 3-4 times daily or as needed.

Yes. Tears Again can be used over makeup and while wearing contact lenses, as it’s applied to closed eyelids and won’t interfere with lenses.

Yes. The formula is gentle and preservative-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin and eyes.

Yes. Tears Again is suitable for daily use and can be incorporated into your regular eye care routine.

Tears Again can be an alternative to eye drops, especially for those who find drops uncomfortable or difficult to apply. It supports the lipid layer, which many drops do not target.

CLEANEARS

CleanEars is a 2-in-1 earwax removal spray that dissolves impacted wax and irrigates the ear canal.

Ear wax (cerumen) is produced by the ear to clean and protect itself.

Ear wax lubricates and cleans the ear canal by trapping micro-organisms, dirt and other irritants and migrating them out of the ear.

Sometimes, the wax builds up and becomes compacted, known as ‘earwax impaction’. This can lead to symptoms such as mild deafness and a sensation of fullness inside the ear.

2-6% of the population suffer from ear wax impaction. It’s often experienced in patients over 65 years of age with up to 65% of over 65s reporting impaction. Effects can include hearing loss, pain, itching, tinnitus, vertigo, painful inflammation of the ear and chronic cough.

Some people are prone to produce more earwax than others; and excess wax doesn’t automatically lead to blockage. Using cotton tips can push wax deeper and is not a recommended way to remove ear wax.
Below are some common causes of earwax build up:
- Overproduction of ear wax: Ears can simply produce more wax than is possible to move naturally out of the ear.
- Cotton tips: The use of cotton tips to clean the ear may push wax deeper into the ear, making it more difficult to remove.- Physiology: A narrow ear canal can hinder the natural removal process and ear wax can accumulate.
- Hair: A large amount of hair in the ear canal can obstruct ear wax from moving naturally out of the ear.
- Environment: Working in dusty or dirty environments, particularly outdoors, can lead to dirt or debris building up and trapping wax in the ear.
- Frequent hearing aid and earphone use: These can prevent the wax from moving naturally out of the opening of the ear.

-Squalene(derived from olive oil)- Has a similar composition to earwax but in liquid form. When it's sprayed into the ear the squalene collides with the cerumen and through imparting its kinetic energy, it partially liquifies the earwax.
-Spearmint Oil- Warms the ear canal and provides a pleasant odour.
-Paraffin(light mineral oil) -Irrigates the ear and removes the liquified earwax.

Depending on how severe your wax build up is, we would recommend 1-2 times daily.

CleanEars is suitable for babies and children (2+ months and over), adults and patients with removable hearing aids. Anyone who experiences wax build up in their ears.

No, CleanEars & CleanEars Kids are not tested on animals and are 100% cruelty free.

DRYEARS

DryEars is an easy preventative solution that dries the ear canal of excess moisture while also inhibiting bacterial and fungal growth.

Swimmer’s Ear (otitis externa) is an infection or inflammation of the skin of the ear canal.

Swimmer’s Ear is usually caused by bacteria or fungi and commonly occurs after swimming and other aquatic activities. The ear has a naturally acidic lining and excessive exposure to moisture can alter this acidic environment, which provides the right setting for the bacteria or fungi to thrive and invade the skin inside your ear canal.

Other causes include:
- Mechanical damage, such as cleaning the ears with cotton buds.
- Use of certain devices such as earbuds or hearing aids.
- Chemicals such as hair spray, shampoo and hair dye.

Individuals are more prone to Swimmer’s ear if they:
- Have small ear canals that do not allow for proper draining on their own.
- Suffer from diabetes, as this condition can make earwax too alkaline and provide a more hospitable environment for bacteria to grow.
- Have skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and seborrhoea.
- Spend lots of time in water.

DryEars Swimmer’s Ear Prevention Spray contains ethanol (alcohol), glycerol (glycerin), acetic acid and spearmint oil.

DryEars can be used as often as needed, preferably immediately after water exposure. We recommend 1-2 sprays into each ear.

DryEars is a preventative spray that helps dry excess water from the ear canal, while inhibiting bacterial and fungal infections. The ingredients work in the following manner:
- Ethanol (alcohol) mixes with the water in the ear and helps the water evaporate
- Glycerol (glycerin) prevents the skin from drying out
- Acetic acid helps to stop the growth of bacteria and fungus
- Spearmint oil provides a pleasant odour and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help kill bacteria.

DryEars is suited to children 3 and over, adults and patients with removable hearing aids

No, DryEars is not tested on animals and is 100% cruelty free.

Testing of all ingredients pre- and post-manufacture is mandatory for all complementary medicines regulated by the TGA in Australia. The ingredients in MouthUlcer are all fully traceable and tested for quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. We carry out stability testing throughout the shelf life of the product to verify it continues to be active.

There are no known interactions with any medication, however we do recommend that you consult your health care professional if you have any concerns at all.

While almost all of the ingredients are suitable for long term use, Zinc is not. Long term use of any product containing Zinc is not advised without consulting a healthcare professional. MouthUlcer is designed to be taken at the first sign of mouth ulcers rather than as a preventative, so long term use over consecutive days should not be required.

While our label states for use from 12 years and up, MouthUlcer is basically a dietary supplement and for short term use may be suitable for children at a half dose. We advise you only do this under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

The capsules can definitely be opened but the ingredients don’t actually taste very nice so we would suggest you mix it in a little bit of something more palatable like manuka honey, which also has wound healing properties or in a non-acidic fruit juice like pear juice.

Yes, however, MouthUlcer capsules, used as directed, are very effective on their own, so there is no need to use a gel as well.

There is no reason why MouthUlcer can’t be used effectively to treat any mild mouth ulcer, regardless of the cause, and we’ve had many customers report positive results under all of these conditions.
